In this chronological memoir, the author recalls his uncommon adventures over the span of his life of 89 years as a common man.

One of these uncommon adventures was getting his tonsils removed on the European V-Day in 1945, and he, being nine years of age, joking that the whole local community was celebrating his successful operation with fireworks.

In his memoir, Keith also shares many caving stories and adventures in and outside Pennsylvania and the U.S.
